Colton is a Project Manager with more than five years of civil engineering experience and over nine years in the land development industry. Born and raised in Texas, he brings a strong understanding of the communities and development challenges that shape the region. His career began in construction, where he developed an appreciation for how projects are built and a desire to become involved earlier in the development process. Today, that hands-on experience gives him a practical perspective as he helps guide projects through planning, design, permitting, and construction. Holding a Degree in Engineering Design Technology, Colton combines technical knowledge with real-world insight to deliver effective solutions for clients and project teams. Known for his attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and collaborative approach, Colton works closely with clients, consultants, municipalities, and contractors to keep projects moving forward efficiently. His ability to bridge engineering and construction perspectives allows him to anticipate challenges, develop practical solutions, and contribute to successful project outcomes.
