Inspired by his parents—his dad, a firefighter, and his mom, a public educator—Gavin found his path in civil engineering as a way to help communities thrive through safer, more functional infrastructure.

With a background in transportation design, Gavin especially enjoys projects that blend safety and accessibility. He takes a methodical approach to site development, starting with thorough information gathering and staying organized to keep projects on track from start to finish.

Known for his attention to detail and team-first mindset, Gavin is driven to learn and grow. He has developed strong technical skills in grading design, storm drainage, and utility design—tools he uses daily to support the success of each project.

Outside the office, Gavin channels his energy into extreme sports like skating, biking, and the occasional surf trip. He also enjoys picking up new musical instruments as a creative outlet.
