Nick Keran
Project Manager
Nick Keran comes from a family of engineers, so it’s no surprise he found his way into civil engineering — but it was the collaborative, team-oriented nature of the field that truly drew him in. Today, as a Project Manager at Urban Strategy, Nick brings a transparent and hands-on approach to every project he touches. He makes it a priority to keep clients informed and involved at every step, building trust through clear communication and follow-through.
Nick especially enjoys working on mixed-use developments for the long-term value they create — from attracting new tenants to helping onboard future development partners. One of the most rewarding parts of his career is when clients return with new projects in hand, a true testament to the care and effort he puts into every relationship.
What Nick values most about Urban Strategy is the autonomy and trust he’s given to manage projects his own way. That space to grow has helped him sharpen key strengths: mentoring younger engineers, leading with strong communication in a technical field, and showing up every day with an unwavering work ethic.
Outside of work, Nick is rarely idle. He enjoys tackling home improvement projects and learning new skills — always staying curious and hands-on. A lifelong sports fan, his table of dream dinner guests includes icons like Tom Brady, Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, and Drew Brees — athletes he admires for their leadership, discipline, and relentless drive to succeed.
Nick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University.
