We are excited to highlight one of our most significant projects, Hall Park, located in Frisco, TX. This mixed-use development showcases Urban Strategy’s expertise in designing and implementing critical infrastructure for diverse commercial spaces.

Project Description:

Hall Park is a cornerstone of the Frisco community, and Urban Strategy has been involved since the project’s inception in 2017. The site was initially rezoned from Office to Mixed Use via a PD, then moved forward with planning and ultimately comprehensive design. This development includes several key buildings and a park, contributing to the vibrant growth of the area. Our team was involved in the infrastructure design including; storm, water, wastewater, electrical duct bank, and gas for the project along with the paving, grading, and detention design.

Our favorite part of this project was celebrating milestones with the design team and contractors. These moments not only highlighted our achievements but also fostered a strong sense of camaraderie and accomplishment.
