Project Description:
West Grove is a mixed-use development managed by De La Vega. Urban Strategy’s focus was on designing the streets and infrastructure, preparing the site for future growth and development.
Challenges Faced:
he biggest challenge involved was working through a deed restriction on the property that was put in place by the USACE. This limited the developable area on site, but US worked with ownership to come up with a site layout that mitigated the negative impacts of the deed restriction and created the most efficient layout for immediate and future development.

- Construction Start Date: Early 2023
- Estimated Completion Date: June 2024
Favorite Moment:
Our favorite part of the project was witnessing the infrastructure come together and new tenants come on board. It was rewarding knowing that we setup the foundation for all these great businesses to come to the City of McKinney.
