Project Description:
West Grove is a 52-acre mixed-use development managed by De La Vega. Urban Strategy’s role centered on designing essential infrastructure, including streets and utilities, to support the future growth of the site. The development will feature 100,000 SF of office space, 500,000 SF of retail, and 420 multifamily units, alongside 3 acres of green space, creating a dynamic urban hub for McKinney. With 600,000 SF of retail, dining, office, residential, and entertainment space, it will serve as a one-of-a-kind neighborhood destination.

Favorite Moment:
Our favorite part of the project was witnessing the infrastructure come together and new tenants come on board. It was rewarding to know that we setup the foundation for all these great businesses to come to the City of McKinney.
