Tyler Day is a Project Manager with more than a decade of experience leading land development projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. A graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Tyler combines strong technical expertise with a practical, client-focused approach to project delivery. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed a diverse range of developments, including industrial, healthcare, retail, mixed-use, educational, and multifamily projects. Mr. Day’s experience spans all phases of the development process, from initial site feasibility and due diligence through design, permitting, and construction administration. His responsibilities include site planning, design team coordination, site investigations, permitting processes, and property due diligence research. He is also experienced in the design of water and wastewater systems, drainage studies, detention facilities, stormwater quality features, and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) preparation. Known for his proactive approach and strong communication skills, Tyler works closely with clients, consultants, municipalities, and project stakeholders to keep projects moving efficiently and successfully through the development process. He places a high value on collaboration, responsiveness, and attention to detail, ensuring that project goals remain aligned from planning through construction.
